Many changes have been made to the Online Enrollment System.
Please be aware that changes have been made to most pages that you frequently use.
There also exists a new DECLARATIONS page that was previously part of the BUDGET screen.
The most significant changes take place on the BUDGET screen.
The Budget will only pass if your client has more than $200 in disposable income monthly,
but the disposable MUST be less than the current credit card payment.
The system is using a 4% calculation on the existing credit card debt.
