" A few of years ago I had an accident that caused me to miss several months of work. I had numerous bills and no income to pay them. When I returned to work months later I had accumulated quite a debt and began to make my minimum monthly payments in an attempt to pay them down, and eventually off. After a few years I realized that I was making no headway in this attempt to get out of debt, and in fact my debt was turning into what seemed like a mountain with interest rates sky rocketing.
So I began to research alternate ways to get out of debt....
After many contacts with debt companies, and having consulted with a few close friends over my situation, I contacted DRC. I was still very nervous about signing on with a debt company, but DRC made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions (and i had alot). So I signed up. I immediately got a packet from DRC so I filled it out and sent it back ASAP! I also had many more questions which were answered every time by DRC's customer service dept. After a month (or 2) I got a call from DRC that an offer was made and my first debt account was settled . My primary Representetive/Negotiater with DRC became Sara. It did not take very long, and Sara was calling me regarding more offers. And guess what?? Thats right, I had even more questions! Every question I had Sara answered. And not with just with an answer, but with one that made me feel comfortable with and confident in. Sara kept me informed, at all times, and in each and every step along my debt settlement process. I really needed a debt relief company that I could rely on. I was not disappointed. DRC delivered!!!
Their customer service department, has been nothing short of excellent! I have called numerous times , especially in the early months with many questions regarding creditors, payments, creditors phone calls, etc. I have always gotten good, straight, professional and polite advice from the DRC staff.
As far as the nogiations representatives, Well I am out of Debt. And its only been 8 months!!! Thank you Sara! You are outstanding! And thank you DRC!
